Ella Louise Kolpakov

Ella Louise Kolpakov grew up in Atlanta (Georgia, United States). From the age of five to the age of seven, she practiced ballroom dancing, after which she participated in various competitions in dancing styles such as contemporary dance, tap dance, jazz, hip-hop, and ballet until the age of nine. In 2014, Ella began her ballet training at the International City School of Ballet in Atlanta. In 2016, she joined the MorningStar Dance Academy, where she trained for three years. While training at the MorningStar Dance Academy, she participated in multiple competitions. In 2019, Ella won the Grand Prix Award at the Youth America Grand Prix in Atlanta and was placed in the top 12 in the finals in New York. She also won first prize at the Valentina Koslova International Ballet Competition in 2018 and third prize at the International Ballet and Choreography Competition in 2019 in Beijing. In 2019, she joined the Académie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace in Monaco, where she trained for two years. In 2022, Ella was trained by Masha Mukhamedov until her admission to the Dutch National Ballet Academy in 2023. In February 2023, Ella joined the Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet. In 2025, she moved into the main company as an élève.
