You can buy tickets in the following ways:

Customer service is available by phone at:
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 12:00 - 15:00
- After 18:00: Only for inquiries regarding the evening performance: 020 - 551 81 19
- On Sundays and holidays without a performance: Customer service closed

The physical box office of Dutch National Opera & Ballet is only open from one hour before the start of a performance on the Main Stage and one hour before the start of a performance in Studio Boekman. The box office is located directly after the entrance of the theatre.

Opening hours theatre
The main entrance of the theatre is currently being renovated. As a result, the entrance looks different from usual and the walking route has been adjusted. On site, you will find signs to guide you.
- Main Stage: for a performance on the Main Stage, the theatre’s main entrance opens two hours before the start. From that moment, you can visit the Theatre Café and the foyer near Studio Boekman. One hour before the start, access to the foyer by the Main Stage also opens.
- Studio Boekman: when there is only a performance in Studio Boekman, the main entrance opens one hour before the start. You can then visit the Theatre Café or the foyer near Studio Boekman.
Please keep in mind that the doors will close once the performance begins. You will thereafter be unable to enter the foyer or watch the performance.
